India

10 DAYS
(Minimum two participants)

The region dubbed as South India is composed of four states – Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu – as well as the union territories of Lakshadweep and Pondicherry.
This is a land surrounded by the Arabian Sea, the Indian Ocean, and the Bengal Bay.
The heartland is carved by numerous rivers, dotted with lakes, and molded by mountain ranges, all of which give South India its diverse landscape, ranging from plateau, tropical and dry forests, and coral islands along the coast.

Here, you will find rich paddies that make up the rice bowl of South India and  ancient temple complexes with carvings by artists whose names have long been forgotten.  It is constructed by the garden cities of old as well as the booming IT industry.  The land, because of its diverse fauna, is a sanctuary to India’s wildlife and reserve projects.
With all that it has, South India is the place to go for a glimpse of Shangri La.
